Position Title: Travel Specialist
Department: Sales
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Compensation: Salary / Commission with opportunity for Bonus

Responsibilities
• Manage leads and sales for designated inside/outside sales region
• Maintain daily outbound and inbound sales call goals
• Provide weekly reporting
• Hire, train and manage Regional Representatives from your region
• Obtain and build new accounts and business within region
• Account maintenance
• Achieve revenue and sales goals for an assigned territory
• Work with the team in developing strategies to drive future business
• Weekly Calendar and Account Management
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Extroverted, outgoing and memorable personality
• Sales, quota or fundraising experience
• Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
• Aggressive follow-up and closing skills
• Territory management skills
• Effective Training and Leadership Skills
• Willingness to travel to exotic and domestic destinations
• Willingness to work with students and their parents
• Adequate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Valid driver’s license & vehicle
• University degree or College diploma
