Nature and Scope
Customer Service Specialists will work with student travelers and their parents in preparation of their upcoming trip. Customer Service Specialists will assist with tour & payment related questions over the phone and will be responsible for basic account service tasks.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming Customer Service Calls
• Enter reservation forms and payments
• Collect Accounts Receivables
• Announce excursion package details to passengers prior to trip departure
• Assist with incoming calls during tour dispatch
Qualifications
• University Degree or College Diploma required
• Knowledge of Travel and Tourism Industry an asset
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Positive and energetic
• Ability to work with clients to resolve issues
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Extremely customer driven
• Excellent computer skills - Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
• TICO certification an asset
Working Relationships
Work closely with Vice President, Customer Service & Personal Manager, Operations Manager, Production and Customer Service team.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule that may require some evening, on-call and weekend work depending on the time frame in which tasks need to be completed.

Production & Customer Service Specialist will work with our Sales Team and student travelers to ensure they have all the tools they need to book trips. Production & Customer Service Specialist will prepare Group Leader & Destination Staff packages, send & track packages, and assist with Customer Service calls.

• Print, package and ship Group Leader & Destination Staff Packages
• Prepare materials for Group Leader & Parent Meetings
• Enter reservation forms and payments
• Collect Accounts Receivables
